Casas de las Rosas is a beautiful, private, luxury one level villa in an exclusive area of Moraira. The main town and beach are just a few minutes walk away (3 minutes to the town, six to the beach) so a car is not a necessity. The road is quiet and peaceful, which belies its position, being so close to such a fabulous choice of bars and restaurants. This is particularly important during peak season when parking is such a problem. The villa itself is pure quality and its layout exceptional. Surrounded by mature garden on all sides, the villa sits on the middle of the plot. In its grounds, and very close to the main house, is a separate guest suite. This consists of a twin,air conditioned bedroom, a naya with kitchenette, BBQ & dining area and a large shower room with washing machine & dryer. This facility makes the villa perfect for guests wishing to holiday together whilst maintaining some privacy and independence. Described by a previous guest as " a stroke of genius" the guest suite is also a lovable feature of the property.
The main house has two double bedrooms, one quite large (with 6 foot bed) with its own en-suite bathroom. The other situated right next to a modern shower room.The brand new IKEA kitchen is really well equipped and practical. The lounge has a stereo(with speakers connected to the covered naya) a video & dvd and Sky British TV including BBC ITV and Sky sports.

The luxurious air conditioned lounge and dining area leads to the most beautiful, ivy clad open naya, for outdoor/covered dining. This naya has a lovely view of the lawn and gardens and leads to the swimming pool (this can be heated during spring at extra cost).Although the villa is just a stone's through away from the centre of Moraira, many guests find it difficult to drag themselves away from the private surrounding of Casa de las Rosas.
