This very stylish and immaculate villa sits in a very peaceful residential area of Moraira and has lovely sea views. It is exceptionally well built and very thoughtfully designed, for maximum relaxation. Fully air conditioned, with adsl, and very comfortably furnished, it has everything a family can possibly want for a truly luxurious holiday. It even has its own poolside bar, complete with BBQ and food preparation facilities.

You approach the villa through electric gates, and enter via the kitchen. And what a beautiful kitchen it is. It has everything you could possibly need, including two sinks and two fridges (one of which is American type and is in the adjoining utility room) Opposite the kitchen is the villas indoor dining area with views onto the poolside terrace. The lounge area also leads to the villas shady naya and sunny pool terrace. Every option is available. A sit in the shade, a lie by the pool, a quick dip, or a drink at the bar of the villas very own watering hole. All this whilst taking in the fabulous views. If you do get a little warm, you can opt to take your drinks to the shady decked sitting area, at the rear of the property, and have a game of petanque in the marked out pitch. As with all our villas, Casa Pintora has a full satellite package, in case you wish to entertain the children during the hottest parts of the day.

Also on the ground level are 2 bedrooms, and double overlooking the pool terrace, and a twin. There is a shower room between these two bedrooms. Upstairs is the master bedroom suite with a beautiful balcony and large bathroom (twin sinks, large walk in shower) Also on this level, another twin room with en suite and views of the sea. All in all , a perfect layout for two families holidaying together.

Casa Mirador is a lovely luxury villa with sea views, close to Moraira town center,& 2 excellent beaches(El Portet and Ampolla) . On the exclusive Pla del Mar estate,its location is just perfect. Far enough away from the center to be peaceful, but near enough to walk to the fabulous choice of restaurants, bars and shops.In the other direction, El Portet beach is just 8 minutes walk.
The main villa has 3 pretty bedrooms, the master having sea views and ensuite bathroom. There is also a separate one bedroom apartment(optional off peak)giving flexability and privacy if required.The furnishings are stylish, modern and mostly new. The kids will be happy too. A little house for the little people (complete with bunk beds) plus swings and a slide. The pool also has its own slide, which is a great hit with older children.

The villa is laid out in relaxing style.The entrance is at road level with off street parking. Once inside, you can go one way to the 3 bedrooms or go straight ahead into the beautiful , sultry air-conditioned lounge. Continuing on through large french doors, is the villa's finest asset- A huge naya (covered terrace) looking towards the sea and marina. Use it for lazing around in the shade, dining al fresco or watching the sunset.The lounge also leads to the new and very well equipped kitchen and indoor dining area.
The air conditioned master bedroom has a queen size bed and newly refurbished ensuite bathroom.There are a further 2 double bedrooms(one is queen size) plus a new family sized shower room.

From the naya, down a few steps is the private swimming pool with roman steps and SLIDE (can be heated in spring/autumn)the childrens play area, the sun terrace and the one bed apartment(optional in winter) The air conditioned apartment has a small lounge with sofa bed, double bedroom with small en suite shower room, & kitchenette with fridge. It is an ideal facility for families wishing to holiday together, but maintain some privacy.

Casa Samantha is a modern & luxurious villa, built & furnished to exceptionally high standards. The design is just perfect for family holidays. Open plan, light and airy this one level villa has very few steps. With air conditioning in the master bedroom and lounge , it offers very comfortable & relaxing accommodation for a family holiday.

Situated in the Portet area of Moraira, it is within walking distance of the fabulous El Portet beach (8 minutes walk) and it's famous bar/restaurants. In the other direction, you can walk into Moraira town within 12-15 minutes.

The kitchen, dining area and lounge open onto a lovely naya and extensive pool terrace. To the right of the pool is an outside shower . Within the naya is a BBQ and preparation area complete with sink. The exceptionally well equipped kitchen leads onto the naya, making the serving and preparing of meals a very easy task. Parents can really keep an eye on the children here as the pool is just in front of the naya/lounge. The lounge itself is has LCD TV plus a DVD/CD player. There are a good choice of English channels including BBC1, ITV, and Sky sports and films. The furnishings are of a very high standard to enhance the quality of the villa.

The master double bedroom has a beautifully appointed en suite bathroom, with his & hers sinks. It also has sliding patio doors opening onto the side of the pool terrace. There are landscaped gardens including a magnificent Jasmine bush just outside. At certain times of the year, it produces and beautiful display of flowers and a wonderful aroma. The other bedrooms are both twin bedded and there is a family shower room in between.
The colourful gardens have been professionally designed and planted with mature Mediterranean trees and shrubs. It is extremely green & pretty. There is private parking in the car port with gate. Just a few steps (5 or 6) down from the entrance is the front garden and entrance. Everything from here is on one level, making it perfect for those people not looking to improve their leg muscles whilst on holiday. (there are very many villas in Moraira with very many steps!!)

Villa Mellinidos is a brand new, modern, spacious & luxurious villa, built & furnished to exceptionally high standards. The design is just perfect for family holidays. Open plan, light and airy, it is completely air conditioned and wonderfully comfortable. Situated in the Portet area of Moraira, it is within walking distance of the fabulous Portet beach and it's famous bar/restaurants. It has lovely open views towards the Portet hills & peninsula.

It has 3 good sized bedrooms including a master/ double bedroom with en suite and patio doors out to the pool terrace. It has french doors opening directly onto the pool terrace. There are 2 identical twin rooms with a good sized shower room to share. A cot is provided and there is sufficient space to add it to any of the bedrooms.

The kitchen, dining area and lounge open onto the villas naya and pool terrace. To the right of the pool is an outside shower. Both master bedrooms can be accessed via patio doors from the pool terrace.
Parents can really keep an eye on the children here, as the pool is just in front of the naya/lounge. The lounge has wonderful views out to the Portet hills. It also has a desk area for those wanting to keep in touch with the outside world via the adsl facility offered. It also has LCD TV plus DVD/CD player. There is a good choice of English channels including BBC1& ITV.
The furnishings and linens are all new and of a very high standard.The colorful gardens have been professionally designed and planted with mature Mediterranean trees and shrubs. There are a just few steps up to the villa entrance, then everything is on the one level. There is plenty of space to park cars within the villas walls , behind the electric gates. The pool area is quite secluded by Moraira standards and offers clients a good deal of privacy.

The pool can be heated in the spring & autumn at extra cost. A great facility when pools are just that bit too cold to swim comfortably in April, May , September and October.

This pretty 5 bed roomed villa couldn’t be in a more perfect position. It is literally 250metres & 2 minutes walk from the fabulous Portet beach in Moraira. Near enough to pop back & forth to the wonderful beachside restaurants but far enough not to get any disturbances from beach-goers. Access to the beach area, which has recently been refurbished, is via a private resident’s alley. Very safe for walking. The villa is as near to the beach as the closet car park (if you could ever get up early enough to get a space in it!!) A short 200 meter walk in the other direction and you’ll find a small supermarket, an excellent paella & pizza restaurant, a newsagent and a chemist. What more could you want!

It has a beautiful naya overlooking the garden. It also has a roof terrace with lovely views of teh sea and the Penan de Ifach. Perfect for balmy evening meals and sun setters. From the naya , you enter the lounge & indoor dining area, kitchen and upper hallway. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs plus one newly appointed family bathroom, plus two large bedrooms downstairs with another full bathroom. The pool and BBQ terrace are accessed from the living level also.

Fully air conditioned the villa has comfortable and stylish furnishings and modern appliances. A full British TV package has been installed (includes sky sports) The pool can be heated for an extra charge, allowing comfortable swimming during spring & autumn when other pools are very chilly.
